1.1. This document constitutes an agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and Shopout Limited ("Shopout", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of our e-commerce technology platform ("Service"). This platform facilitates, among other things, the collection of shipping and billing details, integration with payment service providers, and the importation of final order details into the e-commerce platform.
1.2. By accessing and using the Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), establishing a contractual relationship between you and Shopout. Please review these Terms thoroughly before using the Service. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Service immediately.
1.3. These Terms include any additional policies and documents we may post on the Service from time to time. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any moment without prior notice.

2.2. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business operations in accordance with these Terms.
2.3. You may be required to provide certain information and credentials for API access to enable Service functionality. We are not responsible for any infringement or violation that occurs as a result of your provision of such information.
2.4. You warrant that all information provided for the Service is accurate and lawful. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
2.5. The Service is not intended for users under the age of 16. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement or have parental consent if you are a minor.
2.6. Shopout reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice or liability.
3. CUSTOMER'S OBLIGATIONS
3.1. Shopout is not liable for any issues related to the delivery of products by the Customer or any purchase process failures. The Customer is solely responsible for all activities and disputes related to product delivery and service provision.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND USER CONDUCT
4.1. All content and materials related to the Service are proprietary to Shopout or third parties. Users are prohibited from unauthorized use, redistribution, or reproduction of any Service materials.
4.2. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their use of the Service and are responsible for their own actions that may breach these Terms.
